#2011-12 Rule Amendments with respect to SFC Levy on HKMEx Contracts

Further to the HKMEx Compliance Notice (# 2011-11) dated 9 November 2011, this notice is to advise Members that the necessary amendments to HKMEx Rules with respect to the payment of SFC levies on HKMEx contracts have been approved by the SFC.

A marked-up version of the amendments is attached to this Notice. The relevant sections of HKMEx Rules and fee schedule available on HKMEx website ( www.hkmerc.com) have been updated to incorporate the amendments and SFC levy amounts.
